Concept
The design is driven by a contemporary tropical concept that prioritizes natural airflow through the use of expansive open areas and roster blocks instead of glass panels. The layout strategy avoids rigid parallel alignment, choosing instead to adapt to the existing built-up configuration of the site. This approach ensures that the courts and facilities integrate seamlessly with the surrounding context without requiring overly complex structural adjustments.
Philosophy
The philosophy centers on establishing a strong design identity through simple yet elegant architectural elements. By becoming one of the first padel facilities in Yogyakarta to utilize full terracotta-textured paint, the project creates a unique visual character. This aesthetic is balanced by the inclusion of an open garden, fostering a harmonious relationship between the bold architectural form and natural greenery.
